Along with fully-hardened, multi-cavity production tools, Hymid procure pre-production / prototype single and twin-shot mould tools. We conduct tool trials and run the tools at our UK base - supplying you with market-ready components in short lead times.
Running pre-production/prototype batches to iron out any issues (before a full production tool is built) is a business model that our global customers appreciate as it ‘de-risks’ their project - and reduces their costs. In effect, Hymid take responsibility for fine-tuning the mould tool design prior to mass production; saving you valuable time to market.
